Information we collect

When you contact CornrStore, we receive your name, email address, topic and message. Our hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP address, browser information and request logs to operate the site and prevent abuse.

How we use it

We use contact details to respond to inquiries, manage customer communications, protect the website and meet applicable obligations. We do not sell your contact information or use contact-form submissions to subscribe you to marketing.

Service providers

If you choose to follow CornrStore by email, we store your email address, signup time, and confirmation status in Supabase. You must confirm your email before receiving new-find, show, and store announcements. Brevo delivers confirmation and update emails. Every update includes an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing deletes your subscription and its delivery records. Contact-form messages do not subscribe you.

The website is designed to use Vercel for hosting, Supabase for secure abuse-prevention records and Brevo for transactional email. Google reCAPTCHA helps prevent automated submissions and processes information under Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms. These providers process information needed to deliver their services.

Live viewing and sales

The live page is for viewing only. It does not collect bids or process payments. Our team manages sales separately. When a stream is available, the video provider may process technical information to deliver playback.

Retention and security

We retain correspondence only as needed to respond, resolve related issues and meet legal obligations. Security rate-limit records are designed to expire after 24 hours. Access to service credentials and receiving email addresses is restricted to server-side configuration.

Your choices

You can request access, correction or deletion of contact information through our contact form by selecting Privacy request. Applicable rights vary by location. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy as the store evolves. The effective date above will reflect changes.
